2008雪灾 安徽应对处置的三点启迪

2008年年初发生在我国南方的大范围雨雪冰冻灾害,给人民群众的生产生活带来了巨大损失。安徽省委、省政府积极应对灾情,科学决策,强化指挥,使全省抗雪救灾工作取得显著成效。本文通过总结安徽省应急处置之策,提出了有利于提高突发事件应急管理能力的三点启迪。

2008 Snow Disaster Anhui Deals with Handling Three Inspirations

In early 2008 in southern China a wide range of snow and ice storms of life to people＇s production brought huge losses.Anhui provincial party committee,the provincial government deal with the disaster situation positively,the macro-scientific policy-making,the strengthened direction,causes the entire province anti-snow rescue effort to make the remarkable progress.This article summarizes the strategy for emergency response in Anhui Province,made a favorable emergency management capabilities to improve the three inspirations.
