| Abstract: | The direction of development for an enterprise is decided by the evolvement of property rights institution. Only a distinct property rights institution can be an effective enterprise institution. It is indicated by the development and evolutionary process of Guangdong private enterprises that the aim of revolution in the property rights institution of private enterprise is to set up a modern property rights institution and make the transformation to a modern corporation for the private enterprise come true. |
