摘    要:《劳动合同法》将事业单位纳入了劳动合同管理范畴,使事业单位工作人员实行劳动合同制度有了法律依据。本文通过当前事业单位用人机制的现状、特点及存在问题的分析与研究,对《劳动合同法》实施后事业单位用人制度当前和今后一个时期需要着力解决的突出问题提出相应对策及建议。

Abstract:The Law of Labor Contract brings institutions into the management of labor contract, which enables institution staff to carry out labor contract system on the basis of law.By analyzing and studying the present condition and characteristics of the personnel mechanism in institutions and the existing problems, this paper puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions on some key problems to be solved at present and for some time to come.
