| 摘 要： | 经济转轨时期 ,山西农村居民的收入和消费之间不具有协整关系 ,收入水平越高 ,其边际消费倾向越低 ,而且低收入组居民的边际消费倾向与高收入组居民差异悬殊。应该从发展非农产业、构建消费环境和完善社会保障体系等方面入手 ,增加农民实际收入 ,改变消费预期 ,提高农民的消费倾向。

| Abstract: | In the course of economic transition, there does not exist a correlationship between the levels of income and consumption for Shanxi farmers. In fact, higher income always goes with a lower consumption propensity with a very striking difference between the low-income group and the high-income group in their marginal consumption propensity. Improvement of this situation requires an increase in farmers' real income that may lead to higher consumption propensity through changed consumption expectation. |
