| Abstract: | The paper analyses the essential reasons of being difficult to implement the urban planning principle and guideline from two aspects: legal system and investment.Author expounds their influence having impact on the urban spatial efficiency and constructing the harmonious society by way of applying the principle of geography imbalance development.On the base of study,some advices on the reformation of urban planning and raising the urban spatial efficiency are put forward. |
