| 摘 要： | 知识管理正成为企业管理的新趋势，准确地定位制浆造纸企业现有的知识管理水平，将有助于提高制浆造纸企业的知识管理状况。建立了一套评价指标，运用模糊综合评价方法对制浆造纸企业的知识管理水平进行量化评估，最后通过案例对评价模型进行验证。

| Abstract: | Knowledge management is becoming the new trend of enterprise management. Understanding the level of knowledge management of pulp & paper enterprises will help perfect the knowledge management of pulp & paper enterprises. The paper sets an index system, evaluating the level of knowledge management of pulp & paper enterprises with fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method and testing the model by case. |
