| 摘 要： | 围绕市场办高职,围绕企业办专业。本文试图通过企业文化与高职教育中大学生人文素质教育这一切入点,揭示现代企业文化与高职教育的内在联系,从而使高职院校的培养方向、培养目标和要求更清晰。同时,通过对高职院校学生的现状分析,阐述高职教育中渗透现代企业文化教育的重要性。

| Abstract: | It is widely accepted that higher vocational colleges should be run according to the market needs and their specialties offered according to corporate needs. So, after analyzing the current conditions of vocational school students the author thinks that it is of great importance to introduce business culture into vocational education for they are related with each other closely, and that business culture is of great help to the colleges to be clearly aware of their training aims, requirements and orientations. |
