三峡水库防洪调度对“09.8”上游洪水影响分析

针对2009年8月长江上游发生的较大洪水（简称“09.8”长江上游洪水），为减轻荆江河段及荆南四河的防洪压力，控制三峡水库出库流量，实施削峰调度。通过还原计算，分析了防洪调度对荆江及城陵矶河段防洪的影响。结果表明，本次拦洪调度的三峡水库最高库水位达152.89 m，沙市、城陵矶水位均在设防水位以下，避免了荆江河段高洪水位，降低了防汛响应级别，减少了中下游防汛成本支出，同时增加了5.3亿kW·h的发电量，取得了较大的防洪与发电效益，是三峡水库建成以来首次大规模防洪调度的成功案例。
