| 摘 要： | 在介绍国外城市轨道交通管理体制的基础上，对我国城市包括香港特区的轨道交通管理体制情况进行了分析，提出建立适合国情与地方实际的城市轨道交通管理体制。同时借鉴国内外城市轨道交通的经营模式，提出城市轨道交通的经营策略。

| Abstract: | Based on an introduction of traffic management system in overseasurban mass transit, the paper carries out an analysis to the situation of urbanmass transit management system in China mainland cities as well as in HongKong. It then suggests establishing a traffic management system that adapts toboth situations of the whole country and the region. By referring to the operationmodes of both domestic and overseas urban mass transit systems, this paperputs forward the strategy of operation. |
