摘    要:将试样先在微波消解仪中消解,在1.5%HNO3溶解后,用ICP-MS法直接测定药用辅料小麦淀粉中微量钯。对试样处理方法、Pd元素分析谱线、基体的影响、背景校正、仪器分析参数等进行了研究,确定了最佳实验条件。测定范围为0~19.9μg/L,加标回收率为98.0%,相对标准偏差为2.6%。该方法操作简便、快速、准确。

Abstract:The trace Pd in wheat starch were determined by ICP-MS. The samples were prepared in microwave instrument at first and then dissolved with 1.5% HN03. The interference factors, including the method for dissolving sample, spectra of Pd element, interference of matrix, background correction and instrument parameters, were been investigated. The determination level of the Pd is in the range from 0 -19.9μg/L. The standard recovery is 98.0% with the relative standard derivation of 2.6%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
