布什执政期间美联储先后有传奇人物格林斯潘和学术精英伯南克担任理事会主席一职。美国的货币政策可分为13次连续降息、17次连续升息和相对稳定3个时期,其经济也从最初的低迷走到了长期经济稳定增长,甚至面临着通货膨胀和经济危机的风险。本文试从经济、政治、执行等不同角度分析布什任期美国货币金融政策调整的原因。

Greenspan,the agenda person and his successor,Benanc,academical skillful person,came to be chairman of FED during the tour of duty of Bush.The monetary policy can be devided to three terms: continue 13 times interest falling term,continue 17 times raising interest term and relative fixing term.The economy went across the initial downturn and get to a economy condition of long time raising stably in spite of facing the risks of inflation and economy crsis during these terms.The article try to analysis the reason of adjusting moneytary and finance policies from different directions such as economy,policy,operation etc.,which covering the Bush's tour of duty.
