中国工业化和城市化进程与居民收入分配决定研究

本文分析了在中国经济高速增长的同时,中国居民(包括城镇与农村居民)的收入并没有完全享受到经济高速增长的红利。在十五和十一五的大部分时间,居民的收入增长速度落后于经济增长速度,而国家税收的增速却明显高于经济增长速度,收入分配不均问题日益严重,收入差距过大已成为突出的社会问题。文章认为,在城市化滞后的情况下,投资与出口导向型的重工业化拉大了收入分配差距和城乡收入差距。因此,改善收入分配差距过大的着力点在于提高劳动力价格。
