| 摘 要： | 建筑工程是指各种房屋、建筑物的建造工程,必须通过施工活动才能完成。一般建筑工程多涉及房屋及其附属设施等等,所以,建筑工程的质量好坏就严重影响到建筑项目的使用安全。本文就从建筑企业管理及项目工程管理等方面进行简单论述。
