| 摘 要： | 一直以来,中小企业融资难是制约中小企业发展的“瓶颈”,中小企业融资难的原因是多方面的,既有金融体系、政府方面的原因,也有中小企业自身和制度方面的原因。根据目前中小企业融资运行的实际情况,必须从制度、政府、中小企业自身和金融体系四个方面来加强认识,以期对解决中小企业融资困难有所帮助。
