| Abstract: | In recent years, logistics becomes a popular field, the third party logistics enterprises spring up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. On the other hand, as the gradual open of logistics market after China's entering into WTO, the question of the moment is that how to develop our third party logistics enterprises. Based on the theories of Supply Chain Management and the competition structure analysis of the third party logistics industry, this paper discusses the countermeasures of the third party logistics enterprises. |
