摘    要:根据高职院校办学的理念和宗旨,分析了分析化学课程的现状及弊端,探讨高职院校生物食品类专业分析化学课程从培养目标、教学内容、教学方法、考核等方面进行探索改革,取得了一定效果。

Abstract:According to the concept and purpose of vocational colleges,the status of analytical chemistry courses and disadvantages are analyzed. Vocational biological food specialty chemistry training exploration reform is analyzed from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, assessment and other aspects which have achieved certain results.
