| 摘 要： | 对于知识经济时代领导者应该具备特质的研究,不应只是开出一个大而全的清单,而应在分析知识经济的一些新特点和新趋势的基础上,从经济、哲学、历史和文化等多元视角,着重研究领导者的知识权力和素质影响,这应是现代领导者与传统经济下领导者截然不同的关键所在。

| Abstract: | The paper does not intend to list all the capabilities that leaders should have, but to base its view on the analysis of the new features and trends of knowledge economy; and, in the multi-perspectives of economics, philosophy, history and culture, mainly to conduct the study on the traits that embody the leaders' knowledge power and character influence, which is the key to distinguish modern leaders from those in traditional economy. |
