摘    要:为参与经济全球化的进程,增强国际竞争力,组建中国式的综合商社,符合我国经济改革的目标和“走出去”的战略方针。我国应认真研究和借鉴国际经验,结合我国国情,争取在未来几年培养出一批具有中国特色的、功能综合化、经营国际化、组织集团化的大型综合商社。

Abstract:For the purpose of getting involved in the procedure of global economy, strengthening the international competition, organizing the China-style comprehensive commercial group, according with the aim and the trategic policy of economic innovation, we should do careful research on the international experience and use it for reference. Then we should make great efforts to develop a lot of large-scale comprehensive commercial groups on the basis of national situation of China featured by Chinese Characteristics, comprehensive functions, international management and group organization as well in the coming years.
