| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了传统农资商业企业的经营环境，然后提出了用现代物流重构传统农资商业企业的基本思路及方法，即从业务流程重组，企业组织重构，构建企业物流信息管理系统和实施供应链管理四个方面进行重构。

| Abstract: | This dissertation firstly analyzes the situation of conventional agricultural production materials bussiness company, then puts forward a schema of restructuring conventional a griculture production materials business company by using modern logistics method, including business process reengenering, enterprise organization reengenering, logistics information management system constructing and supply chain implementing. |
