| 摘 要： | 扩大内需是我国经济发展的根本立足点和长期战略方针,也是保持经济平稳较快发展的重大举措。对于实现＂十二五＂发展目标,加快转变经济发展方式,增强经济增长的内生动力和活力具有关键意义。本文认为,实施扩大内需战略是我国基于国内外发展形势变化做出的重大战略选择,实施扩大内需战略必须着力破解制约扩大内需的体制机制障碍,充分挖掘我国内需的巨大潜力,加快形成消费、投资、出口协调拉动经济增长的新局面。

| Abstract: | Expanding domestic demand is not only the basic standpoint and long——term strategy of China’s economic development,but also the major initiatives maintaining stable and rapid economic development.It is critical to accelerate the transformation of economic development,enhance the endogenous dynamic and vitality power of economic growth in order to realize the "12th Five Year’s development goals.This paper believes that that implementing the strategy of expanding domestic demand is the major strategic selection based on domestic and international development changes.We must focus on breaking the barriers of institutional mechanisms constraint of expanding domestic demand,fully digging the great potential domestic demand,and accelerating the situation formation for economic healthy growth of consumption,investment and exports. |
