广东量子信息产业创新发展现状与对策研究

从产业生态、产业创新、产业政策3个维度,对广东量子信息产业创新发展的现状与特征进行梳理。在此基础上,通过与国内量子信息产业发展代表性省市进行对比,分析得出广东量子信息产业发展面临的挑战,并提出加快形成“量子+”产业生态、提升基础研究能力、壮大创新人才队伍、强化产业政策系统性连贯性、提高产业标准制定参与度等对策建议。

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Quantum Information Industry Innovation Development in Guangdong Province

The present situation and characteristics of innovation and development of Guangdong quantum information industry are sorted out from three dimensions of industrial ecology, industrial innovation and industrial policy. On this basis, the challenges faced by the quantum information industry in Guangdong province are analyzed by comparing it with the representative provinces and cities in China. Finally, countermeasures are put forward, including accelerating the formation of a quantum Plus industrial ecosystem, improving basic research capacity, strengthening the ranks of innovative personnel, strengthening the systematic consistency of industrial policies, increasing participation in industry standard setting and so on.
