锌冶炼废水特性及治理技术研究

摘    要:锌冶炼过程中产生的废水数量大并且成分复杂,可分为制酸废水、一般酸性废水;废水pH值较低,且含有较高浓度的重金属。文章以某蒸馏锌3万t/a的生产能力的锌厂为例,论述了该厂锌冶炼过程废水水质、水量特征,并就治理工艺运行效果进行了分析,对其它同类废水治理有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The zinc smelting waste water generated in the process and the large number of complex components can be divided into acid waste water,generally acidic wastewater;wastewater pH value is lower,and contains high concentrations of heavy metals.Taking a distillation of zinc 30,000 tons / year of zinc production capacity of plant,for example,discusses the process of zinc smelting plant wastewater quality and quantity characteristics,and effect on the treatment process to run an analysis of other similar wastewater treatment to a certain extent reference value.
