| 摘 要： | 根据2008中国城市创新力评价活动的调研分析，提出了城市创新力的3个评价维度，结合苏州在建设创新型城市过程中的经验，指出中国在建设创新型城市进程中必须处理的5个重点关系，从全球视野下来看待中国建设创新型城市，提出了应该把握的突出特点。

| Abstract: | Based on the evaluation of innovation capacity of Chinese cities in 2008,this article introduces the dimensionality of how to evaluate innovative city,especially analyzes the experience of Suzhou's constructing innovative city,puts forward five relations on constructing innovative city.From a global perspective,this article realizes a main characteristic that all the inno-vative cities should grasp. |
