价值创造视角下产学研协同创新运行模式

基于开放性编码、主轴编码和选择性编码等程序化扎根理论方法,研究了价值创造视角下产学研协同创新运行模式,通过多案例比较修正和完善了价值创造视角下产学研协同创新运行理论模型。产学研协同创新运行模式包括确立价值主张、构建价值网络、进行价值创造和实现价值分配四个基本环节。行业发展和客户需求等影响产学研协同创新的价值主张定位;价值网络促进创新资源的高效集聚;价值创造通过价值网络得以实现并决定整个产学研协同创新的绩效;价值分配可确保参与主体获得合理的回报。

Operation Mode of Collaborative Innovation of Industry-University under Perspective of Value Creation

Based on the programmed grounded theory including open coding,axial coding and selective coding,this paper studies the operation mode of collaborative innovation of industry-university from the perspective of value creation.And it contributes to modify and improve the theo-retical model for the operation of collaborative innovation of industry-university through the multiple case analysis.The operation mode of collab-orative innovation of industry-university has four basic progresses,namely value proposition,value network construction,value creation and val-ue distribution.Specifically,industry development and customer demand influence the value proposition orientation of collaborative innovation of industry-university;value network promotes the agglomeration of innovation resources;value creation is able to realize through value network and decides the performance of whole collaborative innovation of industry-university;value distribution ensures that participants are capable to gain reasonable rewards.
