产业同构与产业选择:理论综述

从产业同构的价值判断、影响因素和测度方法以及产业选择的基准和方法5个方面,对产业同构和产业选择的相关理论研究进行了综述,旨在为分析当前中国区域经济突出的产业同构问题提供理论基础。指出:分析产业同构问题,应注意区分"合意性趋同"和"非合意性趋同",主要围绕政府行为寻找成因;为避免非合意性产业同构而进行产业选择时,应综合考量国际基准和国内基准,可从要素配置效率的角度出发进行主导产业选择。

Industry Isomorphism and Industry Selection:Theoretical Review

This paper reviews the theoretical research on industry isomorphism and industry selection from five aspects,namely the value judg-ment,influencing factors and measure tools of industry isomorphism,and the benchmarks and methods of industrial selection,which aims to pro-vide the theoretical basis for analyzing industrial isomorphism issues existing in China's regional economy.And it considers that,when analyzing industrial isomorphism issues,we should pay attention to distinguish between reasonable isomorphism and unreasonable isomorphism,and focus on the government behavior to find the cause mainly;we should consider the international benchmarks and domestic benchmarks should compre-hensively to select from the perspective of factor allocation efficiency in order to avoid the "unreasonable isomorphism".
