| 摘 要： | 经济全球化和东北亚经济合作的进展，使得区域内的国际物流环境发生了很大变化。同时，产业结构的演进和升级也使得以中日韩为主的东北亚地区集装箱运输需求持续增长。鉴于港口在国际物流系统中的特殊地位，东北亚各个国家或地区都在竞相展开对集装箱枢纽港的争夺。为提高中国在东北亚国际物流系统中的地位，港口战略应包括放松规制与民营化、港口联盟与合作等。
