| 摘 要： | 经由防救灾据点与道路的现况检讨 ,爰对于台北市中心区之实际防灾空间系统提出检讨与修正。除指定出防灾据点与路径之层级外 ,更初步拟定其规范准则 ,作为未来设施重建、改建与改善时 ,加强防灾机能之参考。
