| Abstract: | The factors influencing the growth of non-agricultural employment can be classified into three aspects: the effects of investment aggregates,the effects of structural changes,and the effects of factor substitution.The growth of investment aggregates is the leading force pulling the growth of non-agricultural employment,while the effects of structural changes and the effects of factor substitution lead to the decline in non-agricultural employment. |
