万吨饲料微机配料生产系统的研制与设计

摘    要:研制与设计的万吨饲料微机配料系统,由用于计量工作的电子磅和传感器等装置与实现自动化管理的计算机一体化连接。着重研究了电子磅。非标准接口信号的采集。设计了特殊、保密的专用双向检索链数据库,编制万吨饲料微机配料生产系统自动化管理所需的全套软件。本系统适用于饲料加工行业的大、中、小型饲料加工厂。

Abstract:The Researched and designed 10000-ton burden production system controled by a computer is connected,as a whole,with the electronic scale,sensors and other devices applid to the measuring work and the computer engaging in automatic management. The electronic scale and the signal collection by the sub-standard interface are mainly studied in the paper. SPecial and confidential data banks of 2-way searching chain is designd and a complete software needed in the system hag been worked out.The system is true of various scales of the factories in the feed-processing line.
