基于供给结构变化的居民消费实证分析

本文认为,从表面看,我国目前已进入“过剩经济”时代,但实际中却表现为有效供给不足,结构性供过于求的矛盾比较突出,致使消费者潜在的消费需求不能转化为现实的消费,调整和优化供给结构是促进居民消费增长的首要任务。促进居民消费增长,一是要扩大教育投资和科研投资,在农村全面实施九年义务教育,投资建立覆盖乡镇的农村职业技术学校,开展免费的农村种植、养殖、农副产品深加工及产业化的技术知识培训;二是要加大对交通基础设施的投资力度,重点选择投资兴建铁路和投资开发内河线路。

Positive Analysis of Residents Consumption Based on the Change of Supply Stucture

The author points out that, outwardly, China has entered into the times of surplus. But, actually, the effective supply is insufficient in some aspects, such as educational investment and investment in infrastructures, which cann ot meet the requirement of consumers. Thus, consumers' potential consumption req uirement can not transfer intoreal consumption. So, adjusting and optimizing supply structure is the most important task for us to promote the increase of resi dents consumption. At present, to promote the increase of residents consumption, we should increase investment in education and science and technology, and increase investment in infrastructures of transportation.
