摘    要:要打造银行的服务品牌必须做好以下几点:树立市场观念与品牌意识;准确定位与命名;不断优化创新流程与产品;着力培育优秀团队;构建服务品牌的形象要素体系;科学运作服务品牌传播;对服务品牌模式或做法进行复制推广。
