湖南省耕地非农化的动力机制研究

耕地非农化是资源由低效利用向高效利用的转化，是社会经济快速发展的一个重要保障，是工业化和城市化越不过的一道坎，它加剧了建设用地增加和耕地减少这一突出矛盾，使得加强耕地非农化的研究具有重要的现实指导意义。本文对湖南省1997-2005年的耕地非农化过程进行分析，从耕地非农化的产生机制、实现机制和驱动因子三方面探讨了湖南省耕地非农化的动力机制，并提出减缓措施。

The Dynamic Mechanism of Arable Land Non-agriculturalization in Hunan Province

The arable land non-agriculturalization is a kind of resource conversion from low efficiency utilize to the high level, an important protection for social economic development in a high speed, and also a unavoidable ridge in the process of industrialization and urbanization, it makes the standout contradiction of the expanding of construction land and the loss of arable land heavily and causes us to pay great attention to and research the problem of arable land non-agriculturalization. The text analyses the process of arable land nonagriculturalization in Hunan during 1997 to 2005 and discusses its dynamic mechanism as viewed from inducing mechanism.realization mechanism and driven-factors, and gives some advice on how to slow the arable land non-agriculturalization.
