| 摘 要： | 城市土地集约利用最直接的要求就是高投入、高产出，同时要求城市用地结构的合理性及城市环境的适应性，是一个综合的、动态的概念。本文建立起多层次的土地利用评价指标体系，运用模糊综合评价的方法，对柳州市区及下辖6县的土地集约利用水平进行了综合的评价。同时提出了未来城市土地集约利用水平的合理化建议。

| Abstract: | The direct requirement for the consolidation utilization of city land is high investment, high yield, and the consolidation utilization of city land, a comprehensive and dynamic concept, also require the rationality of urban land instruction and the adaptability of urban environment. By striking up multiplied land use evaluating indicator system and making use of fuzzy synthetical evaluao By striking up multiplied land use evaluating indicator system and making use of fuzzy synthetical evaluation, the paper synthetically evaluate land consolidation utilization level on urban district of Liuzhou city and sub six counties, and it also gives the rationalization proposal for the future city land consolidation utilization level. |
