| 摘 要： | 贷款承诺是国际商业银行的重要表外业务之一,本文系统介绍了贷款承诺使用目的、费率体系、条款设计等特点;论述了贷款承诺产品的供求特性;讨论了贷款承诺理论定价和实际价格影响因素;分析了贷款承诺对银行的风险影响及其规避办法。文末对国内贷款承诺业务现状进行了分析。

An International Comparison of Loan Commitment in Commercial Banks |

| Abstract: | Loan commitment is one of the most important off-balance sheet activities of international banks. This article describes the objectives, fee structure and clauses design of loan commitments. It discusses its characteristics from perspective of demand side and supply side, and factors influencing the pricing of loan commitments. In the end, it discusses how loan commitment affects the risk exposure of banks and the ways to manage these risks. |
