Analysis on MRP and ERP Inventory Management

Under the condition of quickly changing demand and increasingly fierce competition between enterprises,fast and effectively allocating resources and meeting clients' demand become a necessary ability for enterprises to be survival and expanding.Inventory management is an important composition for the enterprises to allocate resources effectively,decrease running cost,and increase running efficiency and beneficial ability.This paper,through MRP inventory management,analyzes its data logic process.Meanwhile,connecting ERP market demand and managing model and technical condition,it explores further development of MRP inventory management and exerts an effective influence on resource allocation for the enterprises.
