| Abstract: | The small to medium-sized enterprises are an important power for the economic and social development in our country,but compare with big enterprises,the small to medium-sized enterprises survive to develop themselves hardly,so we analyze the characteristics of the small to medium-sized enterprises to find out the competitive advantage,then establish the competition strategy according to the competitive advantage,there is a very import approach that the small to medium-sized enterprises survive to develop. |
