| 摘 要： | 循环经济是解决我国经济发展与资源、环境问题的正确途径。发展循环经济必须要有完善的技术支撑体系。本文从行为主体的角度,对在构建循环经济技术支撑体系的过程中,如何充分发挥政府、企业以及社会公众的不同作用,进行了初步的研究探索。
