| 摘 要： | 分析了我国高新技术开发区在布局和经济发展上存在的差异和形成原因．指出了我国高新技术开发区在发展上存在的产学联系不密切、资金不足、产品结构不合理、产品技术含量低和销路不畅等问题、提出了解决这些问题的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper intended to give an analysis about the difference of development in high new technology development zones in our country in recent years. Some of problems were pointed out in the courses of developing of our national high new technology development zones. such as the shortage of capital. the problem of buying. the low level of technology in products. and so on. At last some proposals were given to solve those problems. |
