关于做好高中生向大学生角色转轨工作的研究

大学新生在从高中生向大学生转变的过程中常常面临角色意识、角色位置、角色行为等的转变。然而,由于生活环境、学习环境、人际交往以及管理环境等因素的突然转变,大学新生容易产生对大学认识片面、学习困惑、人际交往障碍以及自我认识缺陷等适应问题。因此,高校学生工作应该从大学新生的实际出发,以新生的成长成才为本,通过校本情怀教育、大学学习模式指导、宿舍走访制等方式,并充分发挥高校辅导员的引领作用,引导新生顺利实现角色转变。

Study of Role Transition from High School Students to College Students

College freshmen often face the changes such as role consciousness, role position and role behavior in the process of transition from high school to college students. However, due to the sudden change of their living environment, learning environment, interpersonal environment and management environment, college freshmen find lots of problems in adaption, such as one-sided understanding of university., learning, confusion, interpersonal barriers and self-knowledge defects. Therefore, college students affairs should focus on the reality and development of college freshmen. They should guide the freshmen to realize role transition through school-based education, guidance of university learning mode and dormitory visiting, etc. They should let the counselors at colleges and universities play the leading role in transition as well.
