Evolution of Bayu Culture in Modern Times and the Development Strategy of Local Literature

Bayu Culture is the soul of Bayu local literature and in turn Bayu local literature plays a key role in cultural inheritance, exchange and enhancement, which is the carrier of Bayu Culture. The document which is full or not determines whether the basis of cultural refinement is complete, and meanwhile literature quality decides cultural level. Therefore Bayu Culture construction will be based on librarians, and the development strategy of local literature will have a dominant significance for enhancing the Bayu culture character, even riching Chinese cultural innovation. On the basis of that, to the local literature, the carrier of Bayu Culture, would work, the implementation of the development strategy of Bayu literature, shall establish a sound organizational system, drew up a blue print scientifically and increase the investment of the human, financial, and material resources.
