企业招聘者的误区及规避

摘    要:对于现代企业管理来说,员工的流失是一个正常而且必然的现象,因此人力资源管理部门的招聘工作就成为一项常态工作。招聘者在招聘过程中有无陷入一些误区,直接影响到企业能否招聘到更适合单位发展的人才。本文分析了招聘者容易犯的九大误区及其表现,并相应提出一些规避对策。

Abstract:For the modern enterprise management, employee turnover is a normal and inevitable phenomenon. Therefore, human resources management recruitment has become a normal work. The author thinks that employers in the recruitment process has no into some errors, which directly affect the enter- prise ability to recruit more suited to the development of the company personnel. Therefore, this paper analyzed the interviewer' nine big mistakes and its performance, and based on this, put forward some countermeasures to avoid.
