| Abstract: | This article flows in the quantity in view of present our country which in the enterprise human resources management exists in the insufficiency, the nature is not high and the staff train investment is so less and so on. Following the modem age flows the human resources characteristic which the enterprise needs, the utilization fine management, embarks from the human resources management commonly used seven big modules. We discussed our country to flow the enterprise human resources management about the modernization. |
