资源型地区产业布局安全与发展研究——以内蒙古自治区为例

开放环境下产业可持续发展与产业安全关系日显突出。在资源型地区，产业安全有其不同于其它地区类型的特点，需作具体深入研究。本文以产业安全理论为基础，结合内蒙古产业发展的目标，构建了资源型地区产业布局安全的基本分析框架。以内蒙古自治区为例进行实证分析，通过对其产业布局安全的分析，提出产业发展对策建议，也为资源型地区产业布局安全与发展提供借鉴。
