| 摘 要： | 近年来，物流业逐渐发展起来，但在我国很大部分的物流企业都还是中小型企业，服务质量差、资金少、服务范围有限。而作为解决这些问题的最佳方案就是建立物流共同化联盟。本文建立了一个物流共同化联盟的模型及提出了联盟的发展方向和现存的一些问题，同时举了一个实例来说明．

| Abstract: | The logistics enterprises have been developing gradually in these years. However, the scale of most logistics enterprises is medium and small-sized in our country. They have lots of problem, such as, low-service quality, narrow and limited service contents. The best method to solve these problems is to build an alliance of logistics enterprises. A model about the union of logistics enterprises is proposed in the article, which includes some problem and hopes of development of logistics enterprises union and an example used to prove the argument of this paper. |
