| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外物联网产业的商业运营模式进行研究总结,比较分析了当前主流的3种物联网产业商业运营模式。运用灰色关联分析法评价了3种商业运营模式对江苏省物联网产业发展的适用性,并根据评价结果设计了适合江苏省物联网产业发展需求的政府引导下双主体运营商推广型商业运营模式。最后根据该模式提出相应的实施对策与建议。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the research on the business operation modes in Internet of things（IOT） industry,and compares and analyzes three kinds of current mainstream business operation modes. Then applying the method of grey correlation analysis,it evaluates the application of these three kinds of business modes to IOT industry in Jiangsu province. According to the evaluation results,it designs a business operation mode of double subject operators under government guide which is suitable for the development of IOT industry in Jiangsu province. Finally,it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to this new business operation mode. |
