摘    要:吐哈油田分公司丘陵油田地层复杂,且普遍采用高压注水、压裂、酸化等增产措施,导致套管变形较严重,并且部分套损井变形点较多、变形段较长,严重影响了油田的开发。油田采用小套管悬挂固井技术成功解决了深井套管变形段长,多点变形而无法修复的难题,现场应用效果好,为油田套损井治理探索出一套新工艺。

An Application of Cementing Technique of Small Casing to the Casing Damage Well of Turpan-Hami Oilfield

Abstract:The hill oilfield in Turpan-Hami Oilfield Company has the complex strata,so it was exploited by the measures of high pressure water injection,fracturing,acidification.And this led to more severe casing deformation,numerous deformed points in some of casing damage wells and longer deformed segments,all of which affect the oilfield development.Therefore,Turpan-Hami Oilfield has successfully solved some difficult problems like the longer deformed segments in deep wells and difficult repairs at multi-point surface by the application of the cementing techniques of small casing.The site application of the technique has achieved good effect,and explored a new process for oilfields to deal with the deformation of oil casing wells.
