| 摘 要： | 当前政府采购面临诸多风险,譬如技术风险、信息不对称风险、道德风险、泄密风险、制度执行风险和竞争风险等,由于采购风险普遍存在于政府采购的全过程,因此,如何通过对这些风险的深入研究和分析,提出有效的防范和控制措施,是当前政府采购领域急需解决的重难点问题。

| Abstract: | Nowadays government procurement is confronted with lots of risks including technical risks,information asymmetry risks,moral risks,breaching confidence,execution system risks,competition risks etc.And these risks exist in the whole process of government procurement,therefore how to provide effective method to precaution and control these risks by studying and analyzing them are the key questions in government procurement. |
