| 摘 要： | 该文试图以文化语言学和功能语法的理论为出发点,对比汉英两种句型的根本差异,并在此基础上提出汉语长句英译的四个基本的转换方法和途径:线型结构转换为树型结构,意合法转换为形合法,主题型转换为主谓型以及自然语序转换为突显语序.

| Abstract: | This article aims to contrast the differences between Chinese and English sentences from the perspective of the cultural linguistics and functional grammar.And it puts forward the four basic transformations from long Chinese sentences into English: linear structure into tree structure,parataxis into hypotaxis,topiccomment pattern into subject-predicate pattern and natural order into salient order. |
