| 摘 要： | 文章简述了现代产权经济学的主要思想 ,分析了我国矿业权产权结构与绩效 ,论述了西方产权理论对我国矿业权制度改革的三点启示 ,并运用现代产权经济学理论分析了我国矿业权制度建设中存在的问题 ,对进一步改进矿业权制度建设提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The paper briefly introduces some ideas related to the economy of modern property rights and analyzes the structure and performance of the property rights with regard to mining in China. The author also discusses ways of reforming the mining rights system, by using foreign property rights theory as reference. The author then offers proposals for improving the quality of the mining rights system. |
