| 摘 要： | 公司权力是现代企业制度的产物.它有别于股东权力、董事会权力、监事会权力、经理权力,它体现的是公司的整体利益.公司权力具有十分显著的经济学表征,它是公司的一种重要资源,具有有用性、稀缺性、成本效益性特征.公司权力配置能够实现优化改进.

The collocation of company power can achieve optimal improvement. |
